Mowat Street
Working with a small site, we wanted a house that was large enough to accommodate our family needs and worked well with the site and its orientation.
From day one Marija knew what we wanted and designed a home that met our brief perfectly. She utilised the site extremely well and we were amazed at how she was able to fit all our brief requirements onto the small site.
The result used every available mm of the site to its advantage and the spaces internally are spacious and flow well opening onto a generous sized courtyard area.
Wanting a contemporary house in a heritage overlay area, Marija delivered this by designing a heritage styled house in a contemporary way, which fits in perfectly amongst the older heritage styled homes in the streetscape and surrounding area.
The process from initial discussions to hand over of final drawings was very smooth. Marija took the headaches away from us and dealt with all consultants throughout.
We are delighted with the final product and the service from UR space throughout the process.
