Golf Course Home
Dealing with a design board on what can and cannot be built in a new estate can be challenging and sometimes hinder great design. Here however, nestled amongst the golf course estate we have produced a design that meets all the estate criteria in a stylish and high end contemporary way.
Glazed bricks, timber panelling and a large canterlieved first floor with ample glazing accentuate the views of the parks and golf course surrounding the site. Not a large site, however every aspect has been thoroughly considered to ensure maximum solar access, great living areas, both internal and external, and paramount attention to detail.
Sitting proudly in its landscape, this home makes a bold statement on contemporary living and proves that certain design board criteria can be overcome and re-interpreted to produce an architectural statement rather than a house that blends in with the masses
